2024 ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS MEETING VOTING RESULTS
We are thrilled to share the results of this year's annual meeting and extend our heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your unprecedented participation. An impressive 92% of our community submitted ballots, setting a record not only for Snake Creek but for larger K&K managed communities. Your engagement is a testament to the vibrant and proactive spirit that defines our neighborhood.
Meeting Outcomes:
1. Approval of Minutes:
The minutes from the 2023 annual meeting have been approved. For your convenience, we've attached the final version to this email, and it's also available on our website and owner portal.
2. Board Elections:
Congratulations to Bryan Shindurling, Cheryl Van Horn Dern, and Shawn Robinson, who have been re-elected to the board. We also extend our thanks to Bob Culliton for his candidacy and encourage all owners to consider how they might actively contribute to our community's success in future roles.
3. Special Assessment Approval:
We are pleased to announce that the proposed special assessment has been approved with 66% of the vote. This decision marks a pivotal step toward securing the future of our community by funding critical infrastructure projects. We recognize the weight of this decision and deeply appreciate your thoughtful consideration and support.
Looking ahead, we are focused on maintaining our community and completing essential projects that are critical to preserving our infrastructure and quality of life. Your continued involvement will be crucial in achieving these objectives.
